Condor, Puma and Snake

In our collection you can find the new necklace named "Necklace Condor, Puma, Serpiente. This necklace is inspired on the most important Inca symbols from the so called Chakana, the Inca cross.





In the necklace you will see beads of the Inti (sun), the condor, puma and snake, with very detailed filigran art. The three symbols represent the three layers in the Inca life: the underworld (snake) stands for the physical, this world (puma) stands for mental and the higher spirit (condor)stand for spiritual. The middle of the cross is the sun which is the center of the universe, for the Inca's this was Cuzco. The Inca cross is based on the astrological Southern Cross, a star sign.

Peru and Surfing

Peru is a true surfer's paradise with the coolest and longest waves in the world. Also the weather is perfect for surfing: never too hot or too cold. In the north of the country you will find beaches with perfect waves, warm water, long waves and it is uncrowded. In the little northbeaches there are consistent waves and cool people. Also you will find many secret spots here. In Lima and the little South you have 365 days a year surf, there are waves every where you go (big waves, so be ready to charge). In the summer this is the place to be for partying. Furthermore, Peru has some of the world surfing champions and it´s being now the point of attraction of the most famous surfers worldwide as well.

Location: North Coast of Peru, city of Piura. Km 1164 of the North Panamericana Highway. It's 171 Kms from the city of Piura.

Characteristics: (all surfers) perfect left breaking parallel to the shore. Very popular among surfers in the north and among those willing to learn how to surf.
Kind of wave :
Reef-break, long left formed, can reach more than 2 meters.
Sea performance :
Good conditions all the year, Average temperature: between 28.2°C and 24.4°C.
Variable fluent accord to swell strength.

Weather :
Tropical and dry. Good weather all the year. Average temperature between 36.2°C and 17°C. Light rains in November through March.
