Pisco Sour

We think it is unfair not to share Pisco Sour with you. For many ages this national drink of Peru has been enjoyed in Latin countries, but if you want a variation on your mojito or pina colada you should definately try this delicous cocktail. Not as famous in Europe yet, but at least as good...

For 2 Pisco Sours you need:
  • 1 cup of Pisco
  • The juice of 6 lemons (use the green lemons)
  • 2-3 spoons of sugar
  • 10 ice cubes
  • egg white of 1 egg
  • cinamon
Put the pisco in a blender, add 20 ml of lemon juice and the sugar. Add the ice cubes and blend it to a nice mix until the ice is crushed. Now take the egg and separate the eggwhite. Add this to the mix in the blender and blend for another 20 seconds until you get a big foam layer. Now put the Pisco Sours into small glasses and finish with a little bit of cinamon on top. Salud!
